Abu Dhabi: A delegation from the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Charity Foundation has distributed essential food supplies to needy Muslims in Pakistan to help them meet the challenges during the holy month of Ramadan.

The kind gesture was in line with the directives of His Highness President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

It is being implemented under the direct follow-up of Minister for Presidential Affairs, Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
During the visit to Pakistan, the delegation distributed 100 tonnes of flour in four districts in Pakistan, including Baluchistan, Rajanbor, Dera Gazi Khan and Rahim Yar Khan.
The foundation has also shipped 60 tonnes of high quality dates for distribution during the holy month of Ramadan to needy Muslim families and Islamic organisations in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
