Retirement brings with it a certain amount of anxiety about how will you keep your mind occupied. Studies have shown that only a healthy mind can ensure a healthy body.

Yoga is the best way to keep yourself occupied for a few hours every day. It helps you in getting not just physically healthy but through meditation, it also relaxes your brain and gives clarity to your mind.
