Emirates has enhanced its menus across 10 destinations in India, reflecting regional tastes and customer preferences. While customers on the Kolkata route can enjoy a Sarson Maach (mustard fish curry), Ahmedabad-bound passengers can try the Turiya Vatana Muthia (ridge gourd and green peas dumpling), Meen Mulaku Curry (fish in red gravy) will be on the menu to Kerala, and Dhabe Da Gosht (lamb meat cooked in pure ghee and flavoured with cardamoms, poppy seeds and spices) will serve to those flying to Delhi. These will be accompanied by regional chutneys and pickles, vegetarian meal options and individually-packed flat breads.
