People hate me I'm constantly trying to defuse the envy. They think that because of my job, I bathe in chocolate and my stairs are made of Kit Kat fingers.

The mystery is gone I now know why chocolate puts a smile on our faces – it's all the endorphins!

It's a vegetable Cocoa beans grow in pods that sprout off cocoa trees. They're beans – legumes – and that's it!

The fat Oh sure, they say you should never eat more than you can lift. But once you've started, what's to stop you?

It's addictive And what's worse, nobody seems to think chocoholics need help because they look so ridiculously cheerful all the time!

It stifles my creativity I used to love choosing unique gifts for people. Now, I have to give people chocolate or they think they've been short-changed.

It confuses me I'm never sure whether people like me for me, or for my chocolates.

It warps my perception When I watch Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, people have to explain why
it's so magical. It looks like a normal day at the office to me!

It makes my life predictable
Every time I meet someone and tell them what
I do, I know they're going to say something like: "can you get me free chocolate?" or, "do you need an assistant?" or, "if you ever need a taster…".

It taunts me Every time I try to practise self-control, chocolate makes me stumble. I'm constantly surrounded
by temptation!
