It’s a boy for Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus

Rascal Flatts bassist Jay DeMarcus and his wife, Allison, have a new addition to the family.

The couple’s second child and first son, Dylan Jay DeMarcus, was born Friday afternoon in Nashville, Tennessee.

A news release says mother and child are doing fine. He joins one-year-old sister Madeline Leigh.

DeMarcus has a little time at home with his family before hitting the road again on Friday in St. Louis for the trio’s Changed tour.
