The skies of the UAE will be lit up with fireworks all weekend, but to catch the best displays head to the Spirit Of The Union event at Heritage Village, Dubai from 3pm on December 1, where the fireworks will kick off come sundown. If you’re in Abu Dhabi, make a beeline for the Corniche on both December 1 and 2, and watch as fireworks light up the skyline.
2. Head to The Garden at the Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi and sample the delicious local dish Ouzzi, or Bistro at the Holiday Inn Downtown, Dubai to try the hammour dish, Siyadiye.
