“Not many people are aware of these nutrition-packed grains,” says Amera Marian Varghese, Dietitian at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai. “Many of these grains are good for weight management, which is a major concern of a majority of people living here,” she says.

She has listed 10 grains that you can find on the shelves of most grocery stores that will not only make you feel full and give a sense of satiety but also help in cutting down blood sugar and even help reduce the risk of heart disease.
