World Tai Chi & Qigong Day will be celebrated in the UAE too, one of 60 countries to promote calm, inner peace and wellness. The event, organised by Golden Eagle Martial Arts under Master John Duval, will be held at the Dubai Police Stadium in Garhoud on April 28 at 10am. The event is free for all participants and spectators. Tai Chi & Qigong Day (pronounced "Chi-gong") is an annual event which began in 1999 and has since gathered momentum.

New fitness regime at Coral Beach Resort
