Watcha wearing? Big watches, Nato straps and Pepsi bezels are in fashion nowadays, but so are big discounts on watches this DSF. Here’s a roundup of what’s on sale and where.

A “Half Back” offer is on at Hour Choice for any watch worth a minimum of Dh300. Which means if I buy this Ferrari watch for Dh450, I get Dh225 back, which I can use to buy another watch around that price. Or I can buy two of this Dh180 Timex watch with a Nato strap and use my “half back” worth Dh180 to get a third one free.

If you’re a Seiko fan, hidden away at the Dubai Mall is Treasure Palace, which is offering 25 per cent off selected watches, including some Seiko Premier ones. Got my eye on this Seiko Kinetic watch for Dh975 (was Dh1,300).

The Watch House is offering 25 per cent discount on most watches, but there are a limited few with a 60 per cent discount (you have to be extra nice to the sales person so they can tell you where to look), like this solar-powered Esprit watch for Dh270 (was Dh600).

Also, for every watch you buy you can enter the daily draw for gift vouchers and iPads.

At Watches Corner, there are selected watches with discounts from 25-60 per cent. Check out the display near the counter where a collection of Elle watches is on sale for just Dh190!

If you want something super cheap, you can go to Cotton On and buy anything from the store (not a problem since they have racks of clothes for Dh20 or Dh30) so you can get this watch for Dh30!

If you have loads of money to spare, watch out for “precious offers” at luxury watchmaker, Blancpain. For a minimum purchase of Dh32,500, you get half your money back in a gift voucher which you can use to buy another watch.
