Hermes Apple Watch

Why just wear an Apple Watch when you can wear one designed by French leathergoods masters Hermes? The three-style range was introduced overseas last autumn, and as of this week we can tell you it’s in the UAE at the Apple Store in Mall of the Emirates. The Single Tour and Double Tour (where the strap wraps once or twice, respectively, around the wrist) range comes in a new array of spring colours — so no need to feel like your wearable tech isn’t as sunny as the UAE skies — such as green, sapphire blue, white and the iconic Hermes orange. (The darker colours will also be sold alongside for a more classic look). The Single Tour starts at Dh4,400; Double Tour is Dh5,000, and the Cuff, available in Fauve Barenia (Hermes classic dark tan), is Dh6,000.

Free classesat lululemon stores

The lululemon store in Dubai's Marina Mall.

After you’ve dropped a month’s rent on that wearable tech you’ll be needing a moment of zen — all the better if it’s for free. Head to lululemon stores in Mall of the Emirates (Saturdays, 8.30am); City Centre Mirdif (Saturdays, 8.30am, and the first Monday of every month at 8.30am for ladies only); and Marina Mall in Dubai (Fridays, 8.30am) for a yoga class — gratis. If yoga’s not your thing, there’s a one-off free barre class by Physique 57 this Friday at the MOE store at 8.15am. Register in-store or at Physique 57 locations in Citywalk and Al Thanya Mall.

IKEA Art Photography

Nathalia Edenmont’s “Force of Nature”, one of the works available in Ikea's spring Art Photography range.

Many of us have decorated our houses with Ikea prints at some point or another, but this range is a little different. The limited edition collection of works on sale this spring is by eleven contemporary artists and photographers from around the world, leading Ikea to call itself “the world’s largest public gallery” this spring. (It’s the second edition of the global art sale by the Swedish furniture giant.) We’re in love with Nathalia Edenmont’s Force of Nature — an eight-month project created from butterfly wings (it’s 91×61cm), which costs Dh55. All works are printed on Nova Teck Matte paper (200g/m2) and come with double-sided tape to attach it to the wall. If you’re looking for something a little more exclusive, head to SoH Art+Beauty salon at Galleria on Al Wasl Road, which is showcasing Dubai-inspired works by Amsterdam-based tape artist Max Zorn. The works start at Dh20,00 — although they are made with regular brown packing tape, cut and layered onto acrylic glass.

Tiffany at NET-A-PORTER

Tiffany's T collection.

Imagine Tiffany blue box — inside a Net-a-Porter black box. Yes, this is pretty exciting news for armchair shoppers. Tiffany & Co will be selling its pieces on NET-A-PORTER.COM from next week — but get in quick, as it’s for a limited time. It’s the only online retail option if you don’t live in one of Tiffany’s 13 delivery options. The range available launches on April 27 with a selection of the iconic New York company’s modern-chic Tiffany T collection.
