1. A magnetised wrist band that tells you your correct clothes size while shopping so you don't have to spend hours in the fitting room going through heaps of clothes.
2. A thought-detector that would allow you to know exactly what other people are thinking and also to reprogramme those thoughts!
3. A ‘do the chores' button: press it once and you'd find all the food cooked, the ironing done and the house cleaned from top to bottom without having to lift a finger.
4. An odour-preventer: this would be a mechanism that helps you avoid slamming into bad smells, be they cigarette smoke, overpowering aftershave or cooked fish!
5. A mute button for life: switch off the ‘blah blah blah' when you don't want to listen and then switch the sound back on when there's something you want to hear.
6. Ear plugs that translate all languages instantly.
7. An instant-weight-loss tablet: only to ensure that people stop moaning about their extra pounds.
8. A dream reprogrammer: a device that records all dreams so that you can recall and readjust them to give the perfect ending.
9. Animal-tamer laser: a machine that makes wild animals less dangerous so that we can pet them without having to be scared.
10. Ice cream that does not melt, so that you can enjoy it for a longer time.
