Dubai: As JaDine mania is about to reach Dubai, tabloid! asked real-life couple James Reid and Nadine Lustre what they have in store for their concert on Saturday (March 19) at Al Nasr Leisureland.
“Will try to accommodate the fans of each country,” says Reid, whose tandem with Lustre, popularly known as "JaDine", has become one of the hottest tandems in Philippine showbiz.
“This is really for all the fans out there. This is really to reach out to all of them and thank them for the support.”
Lustre adds: “We want to be with JaDine fans around the world and want them to experience the concert live. We are performing for the solid JaDine fans and Otwolistas (followers of their recently concluded television soap opera On The Wings of Love), so we’re really, really looking forward to that.”
Dubai is the second stop of the "JaDine In Love: The World Tour", which kicks off in Doha, Qatar March 18.
They are joined by Philippine pop-rock princess Yeng Constatino and RnB singer Jay R in the world tour.
Tickets for the Dubai concert have been sold out, organisers said.
Reid says the duo has prepared a lot for the tour. “This is our first major concert, so it’s really big for us.”
Reid says he is also looking forward to tick off an item on his bucket list while in Dubai: go sky diving with girlfriend, who reportedly has a fear of heights.
“Even though she doesn’t want to go, she’ll do it for me,” says James.
During their Doha stop, James and Lustre also had a mini performance for Filipinos who could not afford to buy tickets for the concert. After the Middle East, the duo will go to Europe from March 26-27 for the next leg of the concert tour.
