A group of Radiohead fans in Istanbul reportedly was attacked on Friday at a streaming event staged around the release of the band’s album A Moon Shaped Pool, but no serious injuries have been reported.

A Turkish news outlet said a group of men who were angry that some participants were drinking alcohol during Ramadan attacked the gathering. Video has been posted on Periscope and YouTube.

“Our hearts go out to those attacked tonight at Velvet IndieGround in Istanbul,” Radiohead said in a statement. “We hope that someday we will be able to look back on such acts of violent intolerance as things of the ancient past. For now, we can only offer our fans in Istanbul our love and support.”

The event was held at offices of Velvet Indieground Records, part of a series of streaming events around the release of the band’s latest album.

One person was reported to be bleeding after being hit by a bottle. It was not immediately reported how many people were at the event, or how many were in the group that attacked them.
