Top model Gigi Hadid, who is in Dubai today to promote her collaboration with fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger, seems to have brought her top model friend Kendall Jenner along.
Jenner is seen wearing a niqab outside Burj Khalifa in an Instagram post on Sunday night by DJ Neptune, the CEO of UAE-based celebrity management company Next Class Agency.
“Sightseeing with @KendallJenner in Dubai. #UltimatePrivacy #AngelInDisguise,” he posted.
A source confirmed to tabloid! that it is indeed Jenner, sister of Kim Kardashian West, who herself was due to be in Dubai this week. (The reality star cancelled her make-up workshop following a robbery in Paris last week, during which she was tied up and gagged.)
Hadid, 21, and Jenner, 20, have been to Dubai before: They were last here for a New Year’s Eve party to ring in 2015 along with Selena Gomez and Hadid’s then-boyfriend Cody Simpson. They also visited Shaikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi on the trip.
Hadid is in Dubai as part of her global #TogetherTour to promote her #TommyXGigi collection. She will meet fans at 4pm on Monday at the fashion catwalk at The Dubai Mall where 30 fans picked from the crowd will get a chance to meet her face-to-face.
The collection, which premiered during New York Fashion Week on September 9, features women’s sportswear, footwear and accessories, including watches, sunglasses and fragrance.
The #TogetherTour, which kicked off on September 2 in Berlin, has also taken her to Milan and will land in Shanghai on October 14.
Hadid is the daughter of Yolanda Foster of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fame and Palestinian real estate mogul Mohammad Hadid. She began her modelling career when she was two years old, and along with Jenner, is now one of the busiest models in the world.
