One of Pakistan’s foremost boy bands, Strings, who recently announced that they were going to celebrate their three decades in music by releasing eight new singles, finally came out with the much anticipated Sajni.
What is perhaps more interesting is the fact that this pop-rock band has attempted a fresh sound this time over. The video of the song is directed by filmmaker Yasir Jaswal (last work: Jalaibee; 2015).
It features the dynamic duo Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood “channelling a retro vibe amid bursts of colour and quirky moments” in order to stay faithful to the playful mood of the song.
Legendary artist and playwright Anwar Maqsood has penned the lyrics for the song.
