After Telugu star Mahesh Babu’s launch into Tamil cinema with Spyder, Vishnu Manchu is gearing up for his Tamil debut next.
Manchu’s Kural 388 is a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu, directed by G.S. Karthik. The Telugu version is titled Voter.
Surabhi is paired opposite Manchu. The supporting cast includes Sampath Raj, Posani Krishna Murali, Nasser, Pragathi, Monish Khan and Thalaivasal Vijay.
According to director Karthik, the plot of his story is based on the 388th verse of Thirukurral (an important work in Tamil literature comprising of 1,330 couplets dealing with virtues to be practiced in daily life).
