Tamil director M. Rajesh, known for his entertainers, is back with another one — titled Kadavul Irukkan Kumaru (There is a God, Kumar). Rajesh films make the audience laugh out loud and when they leave the cinema, they are still smiling.

Composer-turned-actor G.V. Prakash plays the lead in Kadavul Irukkan Kumaru, a road movie that begins in Chennai and travels to Goa and Pondicherry.

Prakash plays Kumar, a young man in his last year of college.

Rajesh says: “I was impressed with GV’s performance in Trisha Illana Nayanthara. He is someone today’s youngsters can connect with.”

Nikki Galrani and Anandhi play the female leads. Look out for a song sequence featuring Galrani, Anandhi and Prakash, which was shot in Malaysia.

With RJ Balaji playing Kumar’s friend, expect several comical moments.

The supporting cast includes Prakash Raj, Urvasi, Robot Shankar, M.S. Bhasker, Singam Puli and Mottai Rajendran.

Prakash has also scored the music and the album consists of five songs.

Kadavul Irukkan Kumaru, produced by T. Siva, releases in India on November 10.
