Celebrities such as R. Madhavan, Khushbu Sundar, Selvaraghavan and Devi Sri Prasad took to Twitter to mourn the death of legendary Tamil actress Manorama who died in Chennai on Saturday following a cardiac arrest. She was 78.

In her over five decade-long career, she acted in more than 1,000 south Indian films and reportedly holds a Guinness World Record for that feat.
