The much-awaited, Mahira Khan and Sheheryar Munawwar starrer Saat Din Mohabbat In’s first look was revealed recently. Though, images from the sets of the film have been leaked before and gone viral, there was no official word on it. Judging from the poster, the movie seems to be a comedy, but it’s not confirmed yet if it is in the tradition of the director duo Meenu-Farjad’s previous two ventures — Zinda Bhaag (2013) and Jeewan Haathi (2016) — which were social satires. The poster release was soon followed by pictures of a bespectacled Munawwar that were sent out for media consumption. These present the Ho Mann Jahan star in quite an interesting light: here’s a geek named Tipu, with jet-black, heavily oiled hair that he sports with a long, wavy mane thrown across his forehead, apparently trying hard to look ‘cool’, perhaps to win over his lady love (undisclosed).
Produced by Dawn Films, in partnership with IMGC Global Entertainment (Pvt.) Ltd, Saat Din… also stars Mira Sethi, Amna Ilyas, Ayesha Omar, Hina Dilpazeer, and Javed Shaikh. It is expected to hit theatres on Eid Al Fitr this year.
