Jasim and The Pindi Boys may not have made it to the finale in the second instalment of the recently concluded Pepsi Battle of the Bands, but there’s no denying their popularity among the youth, especially in the twin cities, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. No wonder, when Islamabad Eat 2017, a three-day festival, began at Jinnah Convention Centre, marking the programme’s fifth consecutive year, the band was immediately invited to be a part of it. The young musicians belted out their best tracks, including Korina, much to the crowds’ delight.
The festival, which is the brainchild of CKO Event Architecture, is now headed to Lahore.
