Pakistani sensation Fawad Khan, who charmed Bollywood lovers in films such as Khoobsurat and Kapoor & Sons, is all set to make a comeback.
No, we are not talking about films. Instead, the 32-year-old star now plans to take his musical journey forward.
The Humsafar actor will soon be a part of a mega music venture, along the lines of Pepsi Smash and Battle of the Bands.
According to the sources, the show will be spearheaded by some of the most well-known faces of the entertainment industry and apparently even Khan is involved.
“We don`t know in what capacity but Fawad is definitely involved in the show big time,” the source said.
Khan first rose to fame with his rock band Entity Paradigm (EP), discovered on Battle of the Bands.
The latest venture will promote new faces in the music industry.
“The show totally focuses on harnessing fresh talent. And not just new talent, the purpose of the show is to bring forward new Pakistani bands and their music,” the source said.
The project is seen to be in competition with Pakistan’s Coke Studio.
Khan was last seen in Bollywood in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
