Bollywood star Sunny Leone, who was scheduled to accompany actor Randeep Hooda in Dubai today at the Oasis Mall, will not be attending.
She was on call to launch the anthem for Splash Fashion, a brand that she endorses along with actor Hooda for Indian markets.
Organisers of the event, led by Splash Fashions, cited “unforseen circumstances” and didn’t give details as to why her public appearance had been cancelled.
Hooda, who has acted in films including Sarabjit, will however keep his date with Dubai on Thursday at 6.30pm.
In a separate event, Leone is also scheduled to make an appearance at a musical event called the Hit The Dancefloor at Al Nasr Leisureland in Dubai.
Bands including Raaga Addiction and Dhruv & Urvashi Theaters will perform. Tickets cost Dh65. The meet and greet of Leone with her fans will take place after 7.30pm.
