Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, 49, proved that he’s still got it as he took home an award instituted by the Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation in Mumbai on April 21.

Indian politician Amar Singh presented the award to the actor for his role in Happy New Year and even danced along with him after the exuberant actor insisted.

First presented in 1969, Dadasaheb Phalke Award was introduced by the Government of India to commemorate the late filmmaker Dadasaheb Phalke’s contribution to Indian cinema. Phalke, often described as “the father of Indian cinema”, directed India’s first full-length feature film, Raja Harishchandra (1913). Khan also unveiled a book on Dadasaheb Phalke during the awards presentation ceremony and will soon be seen in the film Fan.
