Actress Sanya Malhotra, who made her acting debut with Dangal, has got her on-screen father Aamir Khan dancing to her tune.
Malhotra has choreographed a song for Khan’s next movie Secret Superstar. Asked about her experience, Malhotra said in a statement: “The fact that I love to dance and love everything associated with it has never been a secret. When director Advait Chandan asked me to choreograph a sequence for Aamir sir in Secret Superstar, I was ecstatic.
“Not in my wildest dreams could I have imagined doing something so wonderful.”
Kids hold key to greener earth, says Dia
Actress-producer Dia Mirza, known for social activism, says teaching children about the need for a greener future is very important.
The 35-year-old was awarded the ‘Green Crusader of the Year’ Award at The Olive Crown Awards 2017 held in Mumbai, read a statement.
She said: “It is important that at this point we understand that the younger generation or the adolescent of the nation are our future. I think they ask the right questions and seek the right answers, along with finding solutions for the same.
“With the younger generation being the influencers of the future, I urge parents to emerge as inspiration since it is good parenting that can encourage them to take steps towards a green future.”
London as ‘never-seen-before’ in ‘Mubarakan’
Director Anees Bazmee, who has been shooting in London for his next entertainer Mubarakan for over a month, says the city will be seen like never before in the movie.
The movie features Anil Kapoor and his nephew Arjun Kapoor.
“I love this place and I have been here many times. I have travelled to many places, but have travelled to London the most. The producers of the movie, and Anil and Arjun had suggested shooting in London and I am very excited about it.
“We are shooting in many places in and around London, you will see London as you’ve never seen before,” Bazmee said in a statement.
Arjun has a double role in the movie, which also features actresses Athiya Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz. It is slated to the hit the screens on July 28.
