Salman’s chalet at ‘Bigg Boss’ gets superhero twist
We wanted to represent his personality and make him feel comfortable, says designer
Superstar Salman Khan will have a ‘superhero’-themed chalet for Bigg Boss season nine, which has been customised according to the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor’s wants.
Strategically located next to the Bigg Boss house, the chalet, which is designed by Subhajyoti Datta, will have a living room, well-equipped kitchen and bedroom.
“Home is where the heart is, and I wanted to ensure that Salman Sir feels at home on Bigg Boss Nau [nine] set. I wanted to fill the house with elements which encapsulate Salman’s endearing yet strong personality, and that is how we came up with the superhero theme,” Datta said in a statement.
At the entrance of the chalet, there will be a large poster of Khan’s ‘Devil’ avatar from his movie Kick. And the living room will have impressions of various superhero characters such as Superman, Spiderman, Ironman, Batman, and the Hulk.
Khan’s bedroom will showcase a collage of pictures of the star with his family members.
The ninth edition of the controversial reality TV show Bigg Boss will air on Sunday.
