Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma is taking a break from his popular TV show Comedy Nights with Kapil because of ill health.
The 34-year-old funnyman, whose show is a popular place for Bollywood stars to promote their upcoming films, will shoot the “last episode” with superstar Salman Khan before taking the break.
Sharma took to Twitter to share the news with his followers.
“Hello friends. Hope All well. But I am not well Advised for bed rest. Shooting last episode with @BeingSalmanKhan coming back soon,” he wrote.
Sharma started the comedy show in 2013 and since then he has been shooting for it without any break.
He also travelled to Dubai to shoot a special series for the show and is scheduled to travel across the US and Canada for live shows at the end of this month.
