Kangana Ranaut has expressed her desire to work with Ranbir Kapoor, who she says was one of the first people to support her last year release Queen.

Kapoor recently said he would love to team up with Ranaut for a film and the 28-year-old actress has returned the favour by saying she would share screen space with him only if her role is great.

“Ranbir is one person who I really admire for his work. I think he was one of the first persons who supported Queen a lot. And he wants to work with me and that is a great feeling. I would also love to work with him as well but my role has to be good,” she said during the trailer launch of her upcoming film Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

The film, directed by Aanand L Rai, is a sequel to 2011 hit Tanu Weds Manu. The movie, which also stars R Madhavan and Jimmy Shergill will see Ranaut in a double role as Tanu and Datto.

The actress had said preparing for her two roles was difficult and while shooting for the film she had refrained from using her mobile phone in order to solely concentrate on her characters.

“I don’t use my cell phone much. I am not on any social media. And when the role is tough and difficult, then I stay away from my phone all the more in order to concentrate on my job,” the National Award-winning actress said.

Ranaut’s upcoming film is about marriage and how relationship between a boy and girl changes after tying the knot.

When asked about her own marriage plans, the actress said, “My opinion about marriage keeps changing. Sometimes I think it is not worthwhile and some times I feel I should get married. There is that dilemma.”

Tanu Weds Manu Returns will release in India on May 22.
