Ajay Devgn and director Anees Bazmee will team up again for a romantic film.
“There is a love story that I am working on. It’s a different love story. I have discussed it with Ajay and he will be a part of it,” Bazmee said. “I am also working on a comedy. I will narrate this story as well to Ajay, if he likes we will do it. It will be a big masala entertainer. I also have an idea for a suspense thriller. It is an original film,” he said.
It is not clear which film Bazmee will start first.
Bazmee’s Hulchul (1995), an action film, had Vinod Khanna, Ajay Devgn and Kajol in the lead.
Later, Bazmee and Devgn teamed up again for Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha (1998), a romantic comedy. They again came together with Deewangee (2002), a psychological thriller featuring Devgn, Akshaye Khanna and Urmila Matondkar.
“We have been good friends. We respect each other, share a great comfort level. We want to work together,” said Bazmee.
The director is looking forward to the release of his film Welcome Back in September.
