Actor Aditya Roy Kapur will start shooting for his next film OK Janu, co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, next month.
The 30-year-old actor, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming release Fitoor, is thrilled about the project that reunites him with his Aashiqui 2 co-star.
The film is a remake of the Tamil hit OK Kanmani.
“Shaad Ali is directing the film and we will begin the shoot in March. I am working with Shraddha again and very thrilled about the project,” Kapur said.
The film revolves around the lives of two young lovers and deals with issues such as live-in relationships.
The original, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon, was directed by Mani Ratnam.
Kapur, who was last seen in 2014 film Daawat-e-Ishq, says he wants to do more films.
“I am not happy about my career going slow. I want to do more films. I am not laid back or taking my time. There has a been a long gap between my previous film and Fitoor... this is really not the best thing.
“I want to do... at least two films a year. Not because that is important for me, but because I am the happiest when I am on a set,” he added.
