Madonna’s Moschino glasses

We can’t quite condone the shortness of Madonna’s leather hotpants in the video for Turn Up The Radio which she shot in Florence last week, but we do like her Moschino “Gatta” sunglasses. They available at the Moschino store in Dubai Mall, Dh1,000.

Chanel’s Bombay Express make-up

Taking inspiration from the kajal of Indian make-up, Chanel has released its latest limited-edition cosmetics range, an ode to Indian princesses.

Each year, the Chanel Metiers d’Art fashion show celebrates the exceptional talent of these Houses, pairing their know-how with a legendary destination. Peter Philips, Creative Director of Chanel Make-up, has created a range that celebrates dark and light, with right black kohl and the shimmer of gold, in an eye pencil, lipstick and shadow — and a nail polish called Diwali, a shimmering mix of gold and silver that lights up your fingertips. The Route Des Indes powder compact is a golden powder embossed with the image of a piece of bronze brocade from an Indian-influenced collection created by Gabrielle Chanel in the 1960s.

It’s exclusive to Harvey Nichols Dubai, with prices from Dh138.
