Hold onto your stopwatches: Anil Kapoor is back on UAE small screens next month with the second season of his TV show 24.
The Indian version of the hit US show stars Kapoor as lead character Jai Singh Rathod; Kapoor also produces the show. This season, Rathod tackles the prospect of biological terrorism.
“A bio-war is not a very far-fetched idea,” said Colors CEO Raj Nayak in a statement. “As we return with the second season of the show, our challenge stands magnified. Anil Kapoor and the team have done an incredible job as the second season looks even more riveting in terms of storytelling and very international in terms of look and feel.”
Kapoor says the show has increased production values this time around, shoooting in real locations outside Mumbai.
The show debuts on UAE screens on July 23 at 9pm on Colors.
