Mumbai It’s been in cinemas for more than two weeks, but Rowdy Rathore is still minting money. The film, which has already crossed the Rs1 billion mark, was marked by a celebratory party by its cast and crew in Mumbai on Friday.

Director Prabhu Deva, whose Wanted was also a runaway hit, said: “I am very happy that both my films crossed the Rs.100 crore mark. Now I am scared of making my third film as people’s expectations have increased.”

The success party was held at Taj Land’s End hotel.

The lead pair of the film, Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, were also present at the event.

While Kumar donned a black shirt, Sinha sizzled in a short black dress.

Rowdy Rathore is only Sinha’s second film and her second hit after Dabangg.

She said she was ecstatic.

“I want all my films to do well, so I keep my fingers crossed,” she said.

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has produced the movie, and Siddharth Roy Kapoor of UTV Motion Pictures, were also part of the party.
