So, you're a student?

Yes, I am doing my MBA in Human Resources, while also working for my father's engineering company as operations manager. Since it's the family business, I get enough time to cater to my hobbies.

Is the Evolution X one of them?

It sure is. It's been modified and includes a complete HKS exhaust system, a Blitz blow off valve, Exedy twin plate racing clutch and TEIN monoflex coilovers.

The exterior includes a special front lip, side skirts and rear bumper skirt. It also has LEDs on the front. As for the interior, it's got Recaro buckets and carbon fibre trim.

You've gone all out with it! Have you always wanted one of these?

I had an Evolution VII then got an Evolution VIII followed by a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. I still own the Scooby, but plan to sell it.

It's safe to say you're an Evo fan then. How long have you had this one?

It's been a little over six months and I found it at a used car lot and didn't think twice about buying it.

Performance cars tend to give people problems. Have you encountered any with it?

Thankfully, I haven't faced any problems so far. I make sure it gets a regular and proper service and regular oil changes, so it runs just fine.

I get most of the work done at an independent garage owner who is a very close friend of mine; he takes good care of it.

Do you give it any special treatment?

Yes, it gets a complete polish every two months, and it's washed on a daily basis to help maintain that shine. Apart from this,I make sure it gets a good workout becauseI drive it daily.

It has an all-aluminium 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder MIVEC engine which makes 295bhp.

Best of all, it's mated to a five-speed manual. It's a big head turner, especially because of the sound of the exhaust. It's just awesome.

Are you part of a car club?

I am part of a few online groups, one for the Evo and one for the Subaru.

Where does your Evo get the most action?

Jebel Hafeet is the ideal place to drive this car, what with all the twists and sharp turns. It is such an incredible place.

Do you have a dream car?

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.
