SHILPA SHETTY BUSTS A FEW HEALTH MYTHS

- Make Ghee (clarified butter) is your friend: “I have a tablespoon of ghee every day for lunch and I cannot tell you how important it can be for your health and vitalit.” she says.

- Coconut oil has super strengths: “It doesn’t even have to be ingested. Just put a teaspoon in your mouth and it begins to work on your brains since it emits ketones.”

- No raw salads after 6pm: “Your body has to produce more acids to digest raw salads. It puts an unnecessary load on your system. So try eating lightly cooked veggies at night instead.”
