Les Mills Live, the festival featuring workouts and programmes by the renowned fitness company, will be held on December 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event will give everyone, regardless of their fitness levels, the chance to work out with some of the world’s leading trainers.
Headlining the event will be Les Mills Programme Directors Rachel Newsham and Lisa Osborne, who will be in the region for the first time.
Dubai will be one of the first ever cities to experience Body Attack 100 taught by Osborne the programme’s creator. The sports-inspired training is massively popular around the world, including in the UAE.
