There’s something cathartic about jumping up and down a trampoline. Whether it’s bouncing high up in the air or landing on a ton of foam bricks, the newly-opened indoor trampoline park, Flip Out Dubai, has the power to unleash the child in every grown-up and burn those extra calories.

In true Dubai style, this indoor trampoline park in Al Quoz 3 is gigantic. Spanning 40,000 square feet, Flip Out Dubai, an Australian enterprise that has branches all over the world, has 200 interconnected trampolines, a double-decker kids trampoline area, an archery-tag arena and a dodgeball court.

As you enter, you are given a pair of green socks and asked to sign a waiver. The staff, who are trained gymnasts, help you find your happy feet.

“Over the next few months, we will start offering yoga, Pilates, aerobics and rebounding — a specific form of fitness for trampolines ... Flip Out Dubai is a place where no matter what your age, you have a great time,” said Sameer Ali, director of Flip Out MENA, in a statement.

It’s Dh70 for an hour-long trampoline session and Dh40 for a top-up. Children under five years need to pay Dh60 per hour. Booking can be made online on flipout.ae
