The family event will take place on Al Dana Island within Al Raha Beach. Organic food producers and food trucks will provide visitors with a wide variety of international and local cuisines. This will be complemented by street performances, live mural painting as well as adventure and sporting activities such as parents’ and kids’ yoga, climbing walls, and trampolines. For children, a dedicated kids zone, farm and beach play area, will be on offer. A pop up market will feature vintage goods, fashion, arts and crafts, eyewear and beauty.

Cars mania at City Overdrive

City Walk's annual modified car show, City Overdrive, is rolling back into town for its 3rd edition this year. The spectacular 10-day event will see a collection of over 85 uniquely modified, super-tuned, 4X4 and classic cars on display, alongside thrilling activities and underground parties for the city’s auto enthusiasts to experience all things automotive. Modified cars on display will include the Devil 16 which is the fastest car on planet Earth, the original Batmobile from the 1989 set of Batman, a Rolls Royce monster truck, 20 colorful Mini Coopers, Italian supercars from Lamborghinis to Ferraris and much more.

Experience dining as in the Titanic

On 14 and 15 April, Bord Eau, nestled within the main lobby of Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, will serve a lavish 10-course menu originally served to the first-class passengers aboard the Titanic on 14 April 1912. When tables sold out in less than three hours that they had to host it for a second night.

Springtime Festival at Yas Marina

Musical fest at Dubai Garden Glow

Every weekend young children from Sing and Swing (a Thomsun group institute) will show off their musical prowess for visitors to enjoy. This is an effort to promote music amongst children and engage the young visitors at the park. This also provides a great platform for young talent. The children performing are of 6 to 15 years of age and have lined up some great performances that include piano, drums, vocals, ballet and more.

Movie: Take Off

This is one movie everyone should watch, because it brings to light how the terrorism actually affects people on the ground. A group of 20 Indian nurses are stranded in Daesh occupied areas in Iraq and the movie follows the Indian government's attempts at rescuing them. The incidents are inspired by true events. Parvathy, Fahadh Fazil and Kunchacko Boban play the lead characters.
