We spoke to Dr. Shikha Saxena, Gynaecology and Obstetrics Consultant, at King’s College Hospital London Jumeirah Medical Centre.

Be Breast Aware

Dr. Shikha stressed on the importance of each woman being aware of what her body looks and feels like. "What is normal for you is not normal for another woman", she said, pointing out that a successful early diagnosis is possible only when the woman herself knows or finds that something is amiss, which is sometimes difficult if you don't know what is normal.
