The DP World Tour Championship is part of golf’s European Tour. The Race to Dubai, as it is known, is one of the sport’s most hotly-contested tournaments.

Where to watch There are seven dedicated spectator areas at the golf course.

18th Grandstand

Located at the end of the course overlooking the final hole. This is where the buzz is likely going to be loudest. Especially if there’s a tense showdown on the cards.

Left Bank

Next to the 17th green, it’s one of the more popular areas, owing to the bar

Picnic Area

In between the 6th and 13th holes is the picnic area, which is great for families who want to set up a spot for the day. A Costa Coffee is nearby.

Championship Village

The Championship Village is peppered with picnic tables, bean bags, light catering outlets and, of course, a Kids’ Zone. There’s also a huge screen that will be broadcasting all the action live.

The First Tee

If you want to be at the head of the action then stroll around the first tee and watch the players set off on the course.

Practice Range

Get the inside scoop by spending some time at the practice range. It’s a great way to analyse and pick up some tips.

Ninth Grandstand

Take a seat at the halfway point by holding up at the Ninth Grandstand.
