While the first venue, St. Denis has an airport (RUN), you'd save time and money if you travelled straight to Paris and then took local transport to the first venue. Emirates, Air France, Tunisair and Pegasus Airlines offer one-stop connecting flights to St. Denis.

By rail/road

The best way to get there would be by metro or RER. Bare in mind that Saint Denis falls in Zone 2 so your tickets should be valid for that zone.

From Charles De Gaulle airport Take RER B towards Saint Remy les Chevreuse and get off the train at La Plaine Stade de France.

From Paris The subway metro line 13 towards Saint Denis Universite has a stop at Saint-Denis Porte de Paris, but this line gets really busy easily.

Alternatively, take RER-B from Châtelet or Gare du Nord and get off at La Plaine Stade de France. You can also take RER-D from the above stations and get off at Stade de France Saint Denis. Both stops are at a walking distance from the stadium. The tramway T-1 can be taken from eastern suburbs of Paris to get off at Basilique de Saint-Denis



2. Stade Bollaert-Delelis, Lens

If you reach Charles De Gaulle airport on the day of the match, take RER B to Gare du Nord and then take the TGV to Lens. While Lille has an airport closer to Lens, it has no direct flights from Dubai and at least one leg of the journey will have to be by rail.

By rail/road

From Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Nord station has regular direct TGV trains to Lens and the stadium is at walking distance from the station.

From Lille Take the regular SCNF trains from Gare Lille Flandres station to get off at Lens.

In the city, public transport is by a company called Tadao, which has buses going to and from the stadium.

To travel to Lille, you can either fly to Paris or Brussels depending on your plans for the games. From Dubai, you can take an Emirates flight to Brussels which would be approximately 7 hours flying time, after which you can travel to Lens by train.

By rail/road

From Brussels A train from the airport in Brussels will take you to Brussels-Midi from where you can take the Eurostar train to reach Gare Lille Europe in just over 35 minutes.

From Paris Take the TGV train from Gare du Nord to get off at Amiens. From Amiens you can then take a train to Gare Lille Flandres, the station at Lille.

When in Lille, reaching the stadium is easiest by metro. Take the metro line 1 at Gare de Lilles (a short walk away for those who stop at Gare de Europe from Brussels) and get off at Cité Scientifique or 4 Cantons Grand Stade, both of which are at a walking distance from the stadium. Bus 18 from the south of Lille also takes you right by the stadium.

You can choose to fly to Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) from Dubai or fly from Paris to MRS. Turkish airlines, Emirates, Air France, Tunisair, British Airways and Lufthansa are some of the airlines that offer connecting flights to MRS. We would suggest the latter as the flights from Dubai to Marseille has at least one stop taking away your sight-seeing time in France.

By rail/road

From Paris Take the TGV train from Gare de Lyon to Marseille St. Charles station. This journey will take around 3.5 hours. Once you reach Marseille St. Charles, take the metro line 2 towards Rond-Point du Prado, from where the stadium is at walking distance.

From MRS airport There are buses to St. Charles station at regular 20-minute intervals from the airport from 5am to 12am.

From Lyon Airport (LYS) Take the Rhone Express towards Meyzieu, Industrial Zone station. From there you can catch a tram on T3 (tramline 3) to Declines Grand Large station. The stadium is walking distance from this tram station.

From Paris Take the hourly TGV train from Gare de Lyon and get off at Lyon Part Dieu station. Once there, cross to the tram station Gare Part Dieu – Villette and take tram line 3 (T3) to Declines Grand Large station. The stadium is walking distance from this tram station.

Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport (BOD) is an international airport in Bordeaux, but there are currently no direct flights from Dubai. Your best bet would be to fly in to Paris or Barcelona,Spain and either take a connecting flight on to BOD or catch a train to Bordeaux.

By rail/road

From Bordeaux–Mérignac Airport (BOD) Take one of the regular buses on Line 1 and get off at Gare St. Jean and then take a tram on line C (Tram C) to Parc Des Expositions. The stadium is at walking distance.

From Paris Take the metro line 4 from Gare du Nord to get off at Montparnasse. From there, take a TGV train to Bordeaux St. Jean. Once there you can take a tram on line C (Tram C) to Parc Des Expositions. The stadium is walking distance away.



8. Stade Geoffroy – Guichard, Saint Etienne

St. Etienne has an international airport (EBU) but there are no direct flights from Dubai. The total journey might take you a minimum of 10 or 11 hours with one short layover. Pegasus and Turkish airlines offer connecting flights to EBU.

From Paris Nord Take the RER towards Gare de Lyon. From this stop, take a TGV to get off at St. Etienne Chateaucreux, and another TGV to St. Etienne la Terrasse. Once in St. Etienne, trams T1 and T2 can take you to Geoffroy Guichard stop which is at walking distance from the stadium.

From St. Etienne airport Take a TGV train from Boutheon to get off at St. Etienne la Terrasse and then get to the stadium by tram T1 or T2.

From Nice airport Line 99 bus from the airport takes you to Gare Thiers. After this take a train from Nice CFP to Saint Isidore.

From the airport (TLS) Take T2 tram from Daurat to get off at Croix de Pierre, from where the stadium is at walking distance.
