Nicolas Silhol’s socio-political thriller Corporate, a drama about greed, guilt and moral corruption in the cut-throat business world, will be screened from September 21 to October 4th, as a part of Diff 365@Vox initiative.

The film will be shown in cinema 9 at VOX Cinemas, Mall of the Emirates.

Inspired by events and practices in France’s current socioeconomic climate, the HR department is the centre of this French boardroom thriller, which focuses on Emilie (Céline Sallette), a bright young workaholic manager in Human Resources, working for a huge French agro-food company. Ambitious and dedicated to her job, she is a good soldier, ready to put ruthless methods of management into practice to meet the higher-ups’ requirements.

But, one day, one of the employees commits suicide at the company in front of her. Afflicted by the terrific death of her colleague, she will eventually realise that the company has to take its responsibility too.

Tickets are available online on uae.voxcinemas.com and at the box office at Vox Cinemas Mall of the Emirates.
