Dubai: Xpress Money has launched a rewards programme in the UAE that offers customers a chance to experience luxury, such as dinner at a fancy restaurant or visit to a five-star hotel.
“Many of our expatriate customers remit up to 85 per cent to 90 per cent of their earnings to their families back home. Thus, they are left with very little money to spend on themselves. As a [company] that deeply cares for its customers, we decided to bring cheer into their lives through this initiative,” said Ashwin Gedam, head of global marketing at Xpress Money.
Recently, some customers who hold Xpress Money Rewards already earned the chance to enjoy the “grand treat” – a dinner with their loved ones at The Atlantis Hotel in Dubai
One of the customers, Gina Col Iteng, a Fillipino expat said: “I am so happy today. I always wanted to visit Atlantis and share pictures with my family back in Manila. It’s truly a dream-come-true moment for me.”
Gul Khan Riaz, a Pakistani expat who works as a civil engineer said: “I have been living in the UAE for over a decade and I have always seen The Atlantis from the outside. This is the first time I have been inside the hotel. I am grateful for this opportunity.”
The promotion follows the launch of Xpress Money’s Rewards Programme in August 2015 that provided customers with guaranteed cashback on every remittance and various other benefits.
Customers, who join the rewards programme, get an instant cash back of Dh5 on their first transaction and Dh2 cash back on all subsequent transactions. Xpress Money customers will additionally get Dh 1 on every referral.
