Bhansali to launch Vinod Khanna’s son in Bollywood

Indian Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is basking in the glory of his recently released film Bajirao Mastani is all set to launch veteran actor Vinod Khanna’s son Sakshi.

While Khanna’s son Rahul has been part of indie films, his other son Akshaye made a name for himself with his performances in films like Border, Dil Chahta Hai, Hulchul, among others.

Now, Sakshi, his third son will be backed by Bhansali. This project will be directed by ace casting director Mukesh Chhabra.

“A film is being made with Sakshi (Khanna) which will be produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali,” sources said.

Bhansali had earlier launched two children of film starts — Sonam Kapoor (daughter of actor Anil Kapoor) and Ranbir Kapoor (son of actor Rishi Kapoor) in his 2007 directorial venture Sawaariya.

“We are working on the script. We cannot reveal much about it at this moment about the project,” they said.
