Dubai: Barcelona star Lionel Messi and former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard have been confirmed as attendees at the 10th edition of the Dubai International Sports Conference to be held at the Madinat Jumeirah hotel on December 27-28.
Argentine legend Diego Maradona and former African footballer of the year Frederic Kanoute will also be in attendance at the event.
