Dubai: Out of respect for the official three day period of mourning following the death of Shaikh Ahmad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Il Divo concert scheduled for April 2 has been postponed to April 3.

Organisers Flash said in a statement that the concert, which is part of Abu Dhabi Festival 2010, will still take place at the Emirates Palace West Park, and all door and start times remain as planned.
All tickets issued will be valid for April 3.

Meanwhile, Vanilla Ice and Snap will not be performing in a concert scheduled for Wednesday night at Barasti, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi.
The Dubai Mega Mela event, starring Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, will go ahead as scheduled, starting on Thursday, organisers said.
