Fans encouraged to buy early for J.Lo concert in Dubai
Ticket prices and venue confirmed for the singer’s Dubai show
The global superstar will appear live in Dubai on November 22 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre as part of her Dance Again world tour.
Online ticket sales begin at 2pm at jlodubai.com and fans are being encouraged to buy early to avoid disappointment.
Thomas Ovesen, COO of organiser Done Events, says more than 6,000 people have already registered for pre-sale tickets.
“The venue is restricted to 14,000 guests only, so don’t leave it to chance — get your ticket now,” he said.
Tickets are priced Dh295 for regular standing, Dh595 for golden circle standing, and Dh1,495 for VIP lounge, which includes unlimited canapes and beverages for the evening, access to the regular and golden circle areas, as well as some “lounge-style” seating on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets go on sale in Dubai as singer, dancer, actress Jennifer Lopez starts the tour in Panama City, the first of eight dates in South America and 19 across North America.
Lopez, who has sold more than 55 million records worldwide since her debut in 1999, recently announced she will virtually “invite fans backstage” during the tour due to the up close and personal nature of the show.
In true J.Lo style, Done Events has come up with a new concert concept called Ladies Lounge — an exclusive area within the VIP Lounge where only women will be able to mingle in a luxurious environment with full waiter service.
Dubai is the only city in the Middle East where American Idol judge Lopez will stop as part of the long-awaited tour.
