Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra is armed with a fool-proof plan before she heads to Singapore to attend this year's International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in June.

"Guess who's going to be my tour guide? My mother — she was born in Singapore and she can't wait to show me around," said Chopra in an interview with tabloid!.

The two-film-old actor has been nominated in the Best Supporting Role for her rich-brat act in Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. She's up against the likes of Swara Bhaskar (Tanu Weds Manu), Sonali Kulkarni (Singham) and Divya Dutta (Stanley Ka Dabba).

"But I am hoping I win this one too. I feel as if I am saving the best for the last. I have got all the other awards and I am getting slightly greedy," said Chopra with a laugh.

The cousin of Bollywood A-lister Priyanka has scooped as many as 10 awards since her debut in Maneesh Sharma-director Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl. Her latest release Ishaqzaade (inset) has also won her rave reviews.

"I don't have a vote of thanks ready. But I am going to thank all the people who believed in me. They are the reason why I am here today."

Apart from filling up her over-burdened trophy cabinet, Chopra also hopes to enjoy some Singaporean street-food.

"I am a complete foodie so you will see me eating dim sum and lots of chicken," said Chopra.
