Abu Dhabi: All eyes are on Abu Dhabi with Bollywood titans Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Karan Johar heading to the capital to showcase their latest My Name Is Khan. The much-awaited love story premieres tonight at the Emirates Palace and will see the stars walking down the red carpet at an exclusive, invitation only event.
tabloid! is on the scene and will be bringing you updates and some behind-the-scenes action from the event

SRK: Slim - and not smoking!
Just met Shah Rukh. He has lost oodles of weight and did not reach for a single cigarette!
As usual there is bevy of photographers and journos. The best thing about SRK is that he may give at least a dozen exclusives and gives seasoned answers but every interviewer comes out of the room radiant

Director extraodinaire Karan Johar just sauntered in two hours late. He is looking quite dapper in black and black.

SRK: Worth waiting for
Why am I not surprised? The interviews slated with Shah Rukh, Karan Johar and Kajol before the world premiere of My Name Is Khan are running more than an hour late.
But the good thing about the trio is that they are well worth the wait. Khan is sure to win us over with his wit and charm while Karan will give us quotable quote. But I was hoping against hope that My Name Is Khan will be different from the usual Bollywood releases. After all-- it's a rare scenario when Hollywood studio giants Fox Searchlight backs a Bollywood drama and we thought they might insist that the talent turn up for the interviews on time.
Is stress making Karan late?
Last night Karan Johar tweeted that he is feeling stressed and exhilirated before the MNIK premiere. Is that why he is putting off the hectic media marathon?
Meanwhile, there seem to be many more Indians (read Bollywood buffs) than usual traipsing around the palatial Emirates Palace and some of them are armed with cameras. Wonder if they are also waiting to spot King Khan?
Phew!! the world premiere and the red carpet of MNIK is over
I don't know which was more tiring - watching the movie or watching frenzied
fans screeching King Khan's name!
This may come as a shock but Karam Johar - the king of lavish and chirpy musicals - should stick to known territory! Read my review tomorrow for more.
A bit about the red carpet: Abu Dhabi was treated to some terrific triple K effect! Karan, Kajol and Khan was super cute.
