Word has it that Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle, who is also the artistic director of the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, has invited Kapoor to attend the spectacle in London on Friday. Though his PR team is unwilling to go into details of his visit, they confirmed that Kapoor is London-bound this weekend.
“He’s very excited to be part of such a prestigious event and is looking forward to it,” said a statement. Kapoor is currently shooing for Sanjay Gupta’s action drama Shootout At Wadala and has reportedly requested time off from work.
