But when Thor's brother Loki, (Hiddleston) joins the Frost Giants, Thor needs to find a way home to save his future kingdom.

Hop follows the tale of E.B. There he encounters Fred (Marsden), an out-of-work slacker with his own lofty goals, who accidentally hits E.B. with his car. Feigning injury, E.B. manipulates Fred into taking him home and Fred finds himself with the world's worst houseguest.
